By accessing or using the Hair Virginity website, placing an order, creating an account, submitting content, or interacting with us online, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or our services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, logos, designs and materials, is owned by or licensed to Hair Virginity and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
DISCLAIMER
All products, services and website materials are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hair Virginity disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non infringement. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or reliability of website content or third party links. We accept no liability for any costs, losses or fees incurred outside of our website.
TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. All sales are final.
Custom made, customised and pre order items are produced specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged or refunded once processing has begun. Any cancellation accepted prior to processing is entirely at our discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 15 percent.
Fraudulent activity, false claims or unjust chargebacks will be pursued legally to recover funds and associated costs.
PRICES AND TAXES
Prices are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required. Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already dispatched. Delivery charges, customs duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY
We use third party couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx and USPS. Processing time for standard products is 1 to 3 business days. Processing begins 30 minutes after order placement and orders cannot be amended once processing has started.
Delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur due to courier issues outside our control. We are not responsible for delays, losses or damage caused by third party couriers.
Orders delivered to a safe place, unattended location or collection point are sent at the customer’s risk and all liability transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility. We are unable to amend an address once placed.
Any delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of the expected delivery date to allow courier investigations.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are accepted only if authorised in advance and received within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, unaltered and in resale condition with all seals, ties and clips intact. Lace items including wigs, closures and frontals must not be worn, styled, cut, coloured, customised or treated in any way.
Custom products, pre order items and services are non refundable.
Unauthorised returns will be refused.
International returns must be clearly marked as returns to avoid import fees, which we will not cover.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5 days of successful return back to our specified returns address.
For non-defective orders, a 4 percent payment processing fee and original shipping costs will be deducted. Store credit may be offered at full value and must be used within 12 months.
PAYMENTS
Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Klarna and other Pay now services. Orders cannot be cancelled or amended after this time.
Where a third party payment provider is used, customer data will be shared in accordance with their terms and applicable data protection laws.
USER ACCOUNTS AND GUEST CHECKOUT
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and secure. Orders placed as a guest are linked to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
USER CONTENT AND REVIEWS
By submitting reviews, images, videos, testimonials or other content, including via social media tags or collaborations, you grant Hair Virginity a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, transferable licence to use, edit, publish and distribute such content for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation. You confirm that you own the rights to the content and that it does not infringe any third party rights. Content may be removed, edited or refused at our discretion.
PROHIBITED USE
You must not misuse the website, submit false or misleading information, infringe intellectual property rights, post harmful or unlawful content, attempt fraud, compromise site security or impersonate others.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hair Virginity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or economic losses, including loss of profit, data or business interruption, arising from use of our website, products or services.
THIRD PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third party websites linked from our site. Use of such sites is at your own risk.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
