Delivery for custom/ pre-order items will be 3-12 working days as these products are made to order no matter your shipment preference. Once your order is ready to ship, your selected shipping method will be used.
We dispatch Monday - Friday. Public holidays are not included.

EXTRA DELIVERY INFO
Standard delivery orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Next working day orders placed before the 4pm weekday cut off are dispatched the same working day. Once you have successfully placed your order, order processing will begin automatically and orders cannot be changed nor modified. Delivery addresses cannot be amended without cancelling and replacing a new order.
We do not accept military addresses, BFPO addresses or PO Box addresses under any circumstances. Orders placed using such addresses may be cancelled without notice.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. As a courtesy, we may choose to prepay import duties and taxes at dispatch on some international orders, such as orders to the US and Switzerland of £350.00 or more, Canada of £450.00 or more and Europe of £1,000.00 or more, where a ‘Duties Paid’ delivery option is shown at checkout. Any duties, taxes or charges that are not prepaid at dispatch, or that are raised or reassessed by customs or the courier after dispatch, remain the responsibility of the recipient. Customers are also advised to take necessary precautions whilst entering personal and delivery details. We will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery details or shipment addresses, as once orders are sent out there is nothing we can do about any corrections.
Shipping confirmation and tracking information is available via email as soon as your order is processed and shipped. We do advise that all orders are placed at least a week in advance to avoid unforeseen delays.
