TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing this website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and HAIRVIRGINITY LTD.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, videos, branding, logos and design elements, is the property of HAIRVIRGINITY LTD and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Due to the nature of raw human hair, all products may vary in texture, colour, wave pattern and density. These natural variations do not constitute defects.

All products are supplied on an as is basis. We do not guarantee that products will meet subjective expectations beyond the specifications provided.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have read and accepted these Terms in full
  • You understand the nature of the product being purchased
  • You agree that all sales are final
  • Custom made, personalised and pre order items are produced specifically per customer order.
  • Once an order is placed and processing begins, it cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Any cancellation request submitted before processing is not guaranteed and remains entirely at our discretion. Where accepted, a cancellation fee of up to 15 percent will apply.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, refuse or limit any order at our discretion, including where fraud or misuse is suspected.

FRAUD AND CHARGEBACK POLICY

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute or false claim without valid legal basis will be treated as fraud.

We reserve the right to:

  • Submit all evidence including IP logs, checkout confirmations, timestamps, policy acceptance records and courier data
  • Recover all associated costs, fees and losses through legal action
  • Restrict or permanently block future purchases

PRICING AND TAXES

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required.

Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges applied by their country.

Failure to pay customs charges does not qualify as a valid reason for refund.

DELIVERY

Processing begins shortly after an order is placed. Orders cannot be amended once processing has started.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We do not accept military addresses, BFPO addresses or PO Box addresses under any circumstances. Orders placed using such addresses may be cancelled without notice.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Where a customer selects or permits delivery to a safe place, neighbour or collection point, liability transfers in full upon delivery confirmation.

We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

Any delivery issue must be reported within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Claims submitted outside this window may be rejected.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All returns must be authorised in advance.

Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original, unused, unopened condition with all packaging, seals and ties fully intact.

Lace products must not be worn, cut, installed, styled, coloured or altered in any way.

Due to hygiene and product integrity, any item that has been opened, handled or altered will not be accepted.

Custom, personalised and pre order items are strictly non refundable.

Unauthorised returns will be refused.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

For non defective returns:

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded
  • A 4 percent payment processing fee will be deducted
  • Store credit may be issued at full value as an alternative

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAIRVIRGINITY LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss
  • Loss of profit, revenue or business
  • Delays caused by third parties
  • Loss or damage occurring after confirmed delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

USER CONTENT

By submitting any content including reviews, images or videos, you grant HAIRVIRGINITY LTD a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free licence to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

PROHIBITED USE

You must not misuse this website, attempt fraud, submit false claims, interfere with operations, or breach any applicable laws.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

We are not responsible for any third party services, platforms or external websites linked to or used in connection with your order.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
